Hourly Store Associate Opportunities
Sweet Traditions operates several different types of Krispy Kreme store models. Depending upon the type of store model, each Krispy Kreme Doughnuts location offers a different mix of the following hourly associate opportunities.

Retail Associate: retail customer contact including doughnut and coffee order fulfillment, point of sale transaction and drive thru.

Processing Associate: preparing products, doughnuts, doughnut holes, etc. for retail sale and off-premise distribution.

Production Associate: making doughnuts and other food products using proprietary and standard food service machinery.

Store Maintenance: ensures cleanliness, sanitaiton and general mechanical standards of the store.

Shift Manager: fully cross-trained associate having limited store management responsibilities, may run own shifts.

Each Krispy Kreme Doughnuts location hires, trains and manages its own team of hourly associates. To apply for an hourly associate position:

Store Management Opportunities
Depending upon the store model, each Krispy Kreme Dougnuts location offers a different mix of the following store management opportunities.

General Manager: responsible for achievement of a store's standards and goals to include customer service, product quality, product distribution (where applicable), marketing, inventory and financial control, facilities and mechanical operation, scheduling, staffing, training and development and others.

Assistant Manager: assists a General Manager achieve a standards and goals to include customer service, product quality, product distribution (where applicable), marketing, inventory and financial control, facilities and mechanical operation, scheduling, staffing, training and development and others.

Fresh Store Manager: responsible for overall operational success of a retail-only store's standards and goals to include customer service, product quality assurance, marketing, inventory and financial control, facilities and mechanical operation, scheduling, staffing, training and development and others.
